"We run a small self-catering holiday business in a very rural part of the South Hams in Devon. 5 years ago, we wanted to put broadband into one of the holiday units, a detached barn with no telephone line. Months of nightmare discussions with BT left us at the end of our tether, but when I contacted Apollo, they quickly came up with a fairly easy, and inexpensive, solution. Our holiday guests have enjoyed wifi broadband ever since. Recently, with guests in occupation of the barn, we had a connectivity issue. "We recently contracted Apollo IT to provide our IT and computer support service to the organisation and staff. Inevitably there were some 'teething probelms' as we changed over to the new system, but the team at Apollo have been excellent in responding to any queries and problems speedily. We have staff based across Devon, Cornwall and Dorset and the Apollo team have provided a good service to all our staff. We have changed our email system to one which meets our needs better, and this has saved us some money. As a children's charity every pound we save can help to fund our services to children.
